Exchange/Refund Policy

Exchange: If you want to exchange something, you have 7 days to contact me. You can exchange the size or you can exchange for something else of the same value. NO EXCHANGES AFTER 7 DAYS!

Refund: If you want to request a refund, you have up to 3 days to tell me to why you would like to get a refund. It will take up to 48 hours to let you know if you’ve been approved or denied. NO REFUNDS AFTER 3 DAYS! Refunds will take 3-10 business days!

*Once it’s delivered to you through USPS, it’s out of my control. I’ll send a tracking number then it’s out of my hands!

Shipping Policy

Shipping takes up to 5 days to process your order. Additionally, shipping takes 5-15 days to reach your destination. Please be patient with us as we receive plenty of orders daily!
